                                     Employee Benefit Committee






                             To provide adequate support to employees and ensure their living conditions, TGI provides or
                         sponsors the promotion of relevant welfare programs in addition to providing basic protection according
                         to the law and organizes the staff Benefit Committees to take charge (planning and implementing) of the
                         benefit measures of all colleagues. The current welfare measures are as follows:
