1.Evaluation Schedule:
Annual evaluations are conducted at the end of every December and are completed by the 20th of
the following month.
Quarterly evaluations are conducted every March, June, September and December and completed
before the 15th of the following months.
Quality assurance units (and the units that actually use the materials) are responsible for evaluating Appendix
quality items; units that submit purchase requisitions or the material units are responsible for evaluating
the delivery; procurement units are responsible for evaluating prices and calculating the total numbers in
the surveys.
