Consists of one piece of float glass and one piece of Low-E Glass, there are tiny spacers to form a gap between two glass plates with a vacuum space 0.2mm. All edges are sealed by frit frame to enclose the space. Insert a tube connected to this space for degassing. Seal the tube after degassed, this panel is formed as a Low-E vacuum glass.

Advantages of Low-E Vacuum Glass

  • Window Frame Cost Saving

thickness is much thinner which can save architectural cost. (Also for narrow window frame design, Vacuum glass is best choice.)

  • Low U value

significantly reduce power consumption for air conditioning and the pollution and greenhouse gas emissions for a better environmental protection with energy saving and emission reduction.

  • Heat Insulation

in hot summer, effectively block solar heat and keep interior cool; in cold winter, possess high performance of heat loss insulation, keep interior warm and comfortable.

  • Soundproofing

vacuum space effectively blocks noise transmission and reaches sound transmission class by 39dB.

  • Long service life

install getter material inside to maintain vacuum level stable and protect Low-E coating for a long service life.

  • Anti-Dew-Forming

When outdoor temperature lowers to a certain level, the inner surface of anneal window glass will be dew-forming.
Dew-forming temperature of Low-E vacuum glass is relatively low, the lowest condensation temperature of Low-E Vacuum Glass about -40ºC without inner dew-forming situation.

Performance Data of Low-E Vacuum Glass Architectural)

The above data is calculated as per "WINDOW7.0" for reference only.
0.2V means vacuum space, 12A mean 12mm air space filled with dry air or argon.
The above coating code PLE means Post-temperable Low-E glass product.
