TGI will hold the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, June 13,
2018 at 9 a.m. The location is at Shihlien Building, 1F, No.207, Sec. 2, Tiding Blvd.,
Neihu Dist., Taipei City 114, Taiwan (R.O.C.). TGI will acknowledge 2017 annual final
accounting report, and approve 2017 earning distribution, elect directors of 19 th
Term and relieve the non-compete limitations of the 19 th Directors and the legal
person as corporate director representatives.
