This building is located within the Neihu Science and Technology Park in Taipei City and serves as the administrative headquarters for Primax Electronics and its corporate affiliates, with offices as its primary use. Architectural form and planning are derived from the focal position of the road on the site; the exterior reinforces the entrance image through an open plaza and ring shaped pool.

A light well connects the two story high lobby down to the basement cafeteria, with spaces that achieve a light and transparent effect through water from the pool which flows down to the landscaped ground, curved clear tempered glass and same style glass backing. In the treatment of curved surfaces, the southwest offices are one quarter circular, with the use of flat, tempered, semi-reflective glass and ceramic spandrel glass, allowing for the external appearance to continue the round curve and reduce material cost; the east west lounge area uses curved tempered, semi-reflective glazing to completely maintain the round curve. Exterior walls are mainly granite and glass curtain walls, with appropriate sun shading elements, expressing the corporate style through the minimalist style craeated.
