This project is located on the commercial and industrial multi-use area developed by Taiwan Sugar in Ren De Township near Tainan City. The site has Macro Superstore to the west with surrounding residents mainly from Ren De Township and Tainan City.
This project focuses on the integration of product strategy and building design, in collaboration with the execution strategy of developer. The building aims to express High Tech image, with surface set up between the massing and elevation that can be changeable, allowing the building costs to reduce according to calculated material and product lifespan as well as achieve the effect of product advertising. |
