Light plays an important role in this project. In the exterior, the play of light and shadows establishes the readability of a continuous mass. In terns of space, the designer’s intentions are realized through the used of technologically advanced domestic-manufactured glass.

Firstly, double Low-E insulating glass is used exclusively, achieving a totally transparent façade, whilst ensuring energy conservation and high levels of natural light penetration. Secondly, in order to highlight the self-illumination of the interior space, according to colors and patterns designated by the designer, different colors from red, green, and blue palettes were printed on the inner sides of the insulating glass, complementing the highly flexible nature of the polyacetal curtain wall, to compose 16 different colors, dozens of module sizes, reaching as many as 200 over different combinations of glass to varying effects.

Simultaneously in the interior spaces, the interplay between glass and light is continued, through the extensive use of color silk-screened glass in the public areas. For example: the partitions in the conference space (bamboo shades pattern), the dividing screens in the staff recreation center (bamboo grove pattern) etc. As for the main office area, 3 elliptic skylights encircled by glass grilles bring precious natural light directly into the heart of a mechanized office floor. The entire spirit of the design aims to express a contemporary humanistic spirit through high-tech architecture, with this quality realized through the use of contemporary materials which have richly varying expressions, such as light and glass.
