Formulation of CSR Committee

                   TGI, to ensure the implementation of CSR policies, has established "Corporate Social Responsibility

               Committee"  (CSR Committee),  with our  chairman  and president  as  coordinators,  independent
               directors as  advisers and  several  executive  committee members.  A task  force was formed  under
               the CSR Committee,  in  charge of "Corporate  Governance”,  "Customer  Concern”,  "Staff Care”,

               "Environmental Protection" and "Social Welfare”, with the goal to protect the environment, boost
               the economy and help the needed.
