contribution in 2016, TGI, with AEO supply chain safe

AEO measures, ensured safe quality of TGI products throughout
the entire supply chain. By improving the safety, TGI was

able to reduce intellectual property loss and satisfy the
safety requirements of both Customs and clients.

Customer satisfaction exceeded 87% across all TGI
87% departments.

Environmental protection expense was NT$260 million in
