               Parental Leave

                   46 TG employees took a parental leave in 2016, 60.87% of them were reinstated. Among those,
               female  workers  accounted  for  47.83%  and  male  workers  accounted  for  52.17%.  TG  believes  in  a
               balance between family and work and there will not be differential treatment based on gender when
               it come s to applying for a parental leave. In 2016, on average 72.73% of female workers and 50% of
               male workers are reinstated after a parental leave.
